The Pangoa Cooperative has thrived since 1977 thanks in part to their early commitment to reinvest in the cooperative and farmers. Their strong leadership and values allowed Pangoa to maintain its strength in the community even through upheaval and warfare in the 80's and 90s. Today this tightly woven community and cooperative have around 700 active members each year.
Arpayoc is a classic Peruvian coffee with deep sweetness and a gentle fruity notes in the cup. This is a great coffee for someone who is beginning to explore single origin coffees.
